ELECTROLYSIS
Electrolysis is a method of removing individual hairs from the face or body. Electrolysis destroy the growth centre of the hair and chemical or heat energy.
After a very fine probe is inserted into the hair follicle, the hair is removed with tweezers. It is ideal for white or course hairs that have no pigment.

Laser Hair
When will I see results?
Results tend to appear 2-3 weeks after your first treatment, and 8-12 treatments to get a full result. However, the amount of time depends on the amount of treatments you require for your desired look.
What are the benefits?
Other than smoother and clearer skin, laser hair removal also helps to reduce ingrown hairs which results in less irritation.
What are the side effects?
The most common side effects of laser hair removal are swelling and redness, which are minor and only last a few days. Other possible side effects, although rare, are:

- Cold sores
- Scarring
- Skin lightening or darkening

Who can have laser hair removal?
Anyone can have laser hair removal, as the procedure works on all skin tones.
Tattoo Removal
How long does a tattoo removal treatment take?
Each treatment takes anywhere between 10 and 30 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated.
What is the recommended number of sessions?
The recommended number of sessions varies depending on the size of the tattoo, its location on your body, the ink colours and your skin type. However, it is inevitable that tattoo removal is a lengthy process, which will need to be taken into account. A minimum of six weeks is recommended between laser sessions.
Who is laser tattoo removal suitable for?
Tattoos are suitable for just about anyone, therefore they are also suitable to have them removed if they so desire.
What are the results?
The tattoo will become lighter after every session, and you should see results immediately after the first treatment.
Thread Vein
How Many IPL treatments are needed for red thread vein removal?
Depending on the size, age and colour of your thread veins, they may need three to six appointments to disappear completely. Larger, older veins take longer to break down and usually flash purple in colour before disappearing.
Small thread veins are usually removed immediately, although it varies from client to client and can take 2-3 weeks to see the final result.
The treated red thread veins should not return. However, new ones may develop in the future. These can also be treated using IPL for thread veins.
Do I see results immediately?
IPL starts working immediately after treatment, however it may take days or even weeks to see results depending on the severity of your skin condition and size of the area treated. In some cases, you may be asked to return for a course of treatment rather than a single session.
Does IPL hurt?
No, IPL does not hurt. Many of our clients find it mildly uncomfortable & say it feels just like an elastic band snapping on their skin. This lasts only a few seconds, and then the treatment is complete.
